CREDIT CARD PURCHASE SECURITY STATEMENT
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
CorvusPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Corvus Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

The ordered goods are delivered within 7-10 working days from receipt of the order (except for items where the time of delivery is specified differently).
The deadline for delivery outside Croatia is within 7-15 working days from the moment of sending the shipment, except in exceptional cases.
Delivery times are subject to the Hrvatska Pošta service. The client will receive in his email a tracking number by which he can track the package.
If the goods are sent outside the EU and there is customs clearance, the cost of customs clearance is borne by the buyer.
Pursuant to Article 72. The Consumer Protection Act has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of the handover of the item to the consumer.
In accordance with Article 79. Of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the event that the subject matter of the contract is a commodity that is made according to the consumer's specification or that is clearly adapted to the consumer.

Return or replacement of goods is possible if the item contains the original label, is not washed, or destroyed and is returned in the original bag. Substitution or return of personalized items such as jerseys with a label is not possible except in exceptional cases.
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you for the purchased goods, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, provided that the goods are returned to our address and viewed for possible damage. The refund will be made in the same way that you made the payment.
The seller is liable for material defects if the product had a defect at the time of the risk transfer to the Buyer, regardless of whether it was known to him. The Seller is also liable for those material defects that after the transfer of the risk to the Buyer if they are due to the cause that existed before that. The seller is not responsible for a slight material defect.
When complaining about a material defect in the product, the buyer should fill in the written complaint of the consumer and send it to the Seller within the legal deadline.
The complaint will be considered valid if the product inspection determines that it corresponds to the conditions for complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Consumer Protection Act.

If it is a justified complaint of an item (damaged item), the cost of delivery of the return of the item and the cost of sending the replacement item is on Nk Istra 1961 s.d.d within Croatia, except in exceptional cases.
If it is a complaint of a replacement item, the cost of delivery and sending of the replacement item is borne by the customer. Before any return or replacement of the goods, please contact us via the official website of the firstname.lastname@example.org website.
We will try to resolve any dispute peacefully – by mutual agreement.
